Your selected restaurant will communicate with you via Decan by email or text message with key steps during the process so you know your order is fulfilled. For example, once the bottle order is accepted, physically located, opened (if you want it decanted), and ready for your recipient!

We encourage special notes, delivery instructions - that is what makes gifting wine so special! We invite you to include all details during checkout, our partnered restaurants will be made aware of the instructions with the goal to make your recipient satisfied!

We take pride in providing the most up to take inventory available, but in the small chance a bottle is not available, we will let you know ASAP and provide similar / other alternatives we really like, and you will have the opportunity to look at professional tasting notes, ratings, and information directly from our site!
